Defence Attaché of the United States Embassy in Sri Lanka Lt Col Douglas Hess made a call on to the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Mr. Kapila Waidyaratne PC yesterday (27th Thursday, July) at the Ministry.During the meeting a cordial discussion was held between the Secretary and the US Defence Attaché.
Military Liaison Officer of the MoD Maj Gen DAR Ranawaka was also present at the occasion.
